Healing at its core.

Individual Therapy

As a therapist trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), I specialize in working with individuals who carry the weight of complex trauma, family of origin pain, and attachment wounds. I believe that beneath suffering lies a natural capacity for healing and resilience, and together we can safely explore the places that feel stuck, overwhelming, or disconnected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential, helping you process difficult emotions in real time while building a stronger sense of safety, connection, and self-compassion. Whether you’re navigating patterns rooted in early relationships or longing to feel more secure and whole, therapy with me offers a space to gently uncover, heal, and grow.

Restoring connection in relationships

In addition to my work with individuals, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and work with couples who are feeling stuck in painful cycles of disconnection, conflict, or distance. Many of the struggles couples face are rooted in the same attachment needs and protective patterns that shape our individual lives. EFT provides a safe and supportive framework to help partners slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to turn toward one another with openness and care. Together, we work to heal old wounds, repair ruptures, and strengthen the emotional bond, creating space for deeper trust, intimacy, and connection.

Supporting Children Through Play

Alongside my work with adults and couples, I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and offer therapy for children ages 3–10. Play is a child’s natural language, and through the safety of the playroom, children are able to express feelings, work through challenges, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. In this non-directive, supportive approach, I provide a space where children can feel fully accepted and understood, allowing them to strengthen emotional regulation, self-esteem, and resilience. Play therapy can be especially helpful for children coping with anxiety, family transitions, grief, trauma, or difficulties in relationships.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic and deeply relational. I offer a nurturing, hospitable space where you can show up as you are, without judgment, and begin the journey of discovering your true self. I believe healing happens in the safety of connection, where laughter and tears are both welcome. With openness, compassion, and curiosity, I hold space for your story while walking alongside you in the work of growth and transformation.
