A Bit About Me
About Sara
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and nationally certified counselor (NCC) in Alabama, as well as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
I graduated summa cum laude with my bachelor's degree from UT Chattanooga in 2009 as a dual major in Spanish and French. I earned an MA in Spiritual Formation from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2018 and an M.Ed in Couples and Family Counseling from the University of Montevallo in 2023.
In addition to my therapeutic work with clients ages 3 and up, I love to work with youth groups, churches/ministries, schools, and organizations to lead workshops, seminars and retreats on marriage, parenting, relationships and mental health topics.
